For safety reasons, our age restriction for registration is 10 to 60 years old.

Yes, children can participate, but we recommend they be at least 8 years old. We provide kid-size life jackets and paddles for children to ensure they can play safely and enjoyably.

Individual weight must not exceed 120 kg (264 lbs).

Our activity lasts approximately 3.5 hours in total, with about 1.5 hours of paddling on the sea.

Based on our experience, this duration provides the perfect experience.

The paddling distance depends on the weather (wind, current) and participant conditions on the day (around 4 kilometers round trip).

Yes, you can bring your dog! There is no extra charge for bringing your dog. Please bring your own life jacket for your dog.

Note that insurance does not cover dogs, so you must take care of them yourself. (Small to medium-sized dogs are fine, larger dogs are subject to approval.)

The Qingshui Cliff kayaking tour is available from Mar. to Oct. each year.​

Yes, you can! We provide certified high-quality life jackets and our instructors will accompany and guide you to ensure your safety.

As long as you are not super afraid of water, you can easily enjoy the activity.

If it’s just light rain or drizzle, the activity will proceed as planned.

However, if there is a thunderstorm or heavy rain, the activity may be canceled and a refund will be provided, or you can reschedule for another time.

We will provide shuttle from meetup place to the beach.

Meeting Time: Depending on the season and sunrise time, it will be between 3:45 and 4:30 AM. After registration, our staff will provide a specific time.

[Important] Please be respectful of others and do not be late. We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you are late beyond this time, we will depart without you and no refunds will be given.

It depends. If you tend to get seasick or carsick, we strongly recommend taking seasickness medication.

If you feel seasick during the activity, you can get into the water to feel better.

If you’re still very uncomfortable, the instructor will take you ashore to rest.

If you’re not feeling particularly uncomfortable, you can participate in the activity by wearing appropriate menstrual products and comfortable waterproof clothing.

We provide simple outdoor shower facility to rinse off the sticky seawater with clean changing rooms available.

Additionally, we offer hairdryers, cotton swabs, and bags for wet clothes.

However, if you prefer a more thorough and leisurely hot shower, you can do so back at the hotel!

• Please bring a clean set of clothes and a towel for changing.
• If you’re concerned about sun exposure, apply sunscreen (we recommend using eco-friendly sunscreen).
• Not recommended to bring your phone even if it’s waterproof. Improper use might result in it sinking to the bottom.
• Valuable items like phone, wallet should be left locked in your car, and you can give your car keys to the staff for safekeeping.

Bikinis, board shorts, sports compression wear, or rash guards are all suitable. Adding a lightweight long-sleeve shirt and pants over your swimwear is also recommended.

Please avoid wearing absorbent and heavy materials like jeans.

It is recommended to wear water-friendly shoes, such as sport sandals. 

Avoid wearing shoes that can easily come off or absorb water, such as flip-flops or canvas shoes. 

Alternatively, you can leave your shoes on the shore and go barefoot.

We recommend wearing contact lenses. If you need to wear glasses, we suggest using anti-slip ear hooks. We also have some available for borrowing on-site.

The sea conditions can be unpredictable, and shore-breaking of wave can be dangerous. 

Therefore, without the instructor’s permission, you must not leave the group or go ashore on your own. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any consequences.

If you have an iPhone, our instructor can Airdrop the photos to you directly.

For non-iPhone users, we will send a link to the photo album within 8 hours after the activity.

Additionally, we respect our guests’ privacy, and we will not post any photos on social media without your consent.

We provide waterproof bags for free to carry water and small personal items. However, they are not 100% waterproof, especially if not used correctly.

Yes, there is. The shuttle service costs NT$350 per person. If you need us to arrange the shuttle service, please message our customer service team.

No problem at all. However, with a larger group, we will need to arrange more staff to ensure everyone’s safety. Therefore, if your group exceeds 20 participants, we usually operate as a private tour to maintain better quality. Please contact our customer service team.

People with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, pregnant women, those with significant injuries, those who have recently undergone surgery, children under 7 years old, and individuals over 60 years old should not participate.
