Booking Your Train Ticket on Mobile
Booking a train ticket from Taipei to Hualien is easy and can be done on your mobile phone.
Step 1: Visit the TRA Official Website
Open the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) website.
Step 2: Choose Your Departure and Arrival Stations
Select “Taipei” as your departure station and “Hualien” as your arrival station
Step 3: Pick Your Travel Date and Time
Choose your preferred date and time of travel.
Step 4: Choose Your Desired Time and Train Frequency
The system will show you the available trains and ticket types.
Step 5: Enter Passenger Information
Select your ticket quantity and seating preference, then fill in your passport number.
Step 6: Select Payment Method
Online payment and physical cash payment can be used
